                            ramp. In addition, customers can use intercoms to call for assistance in areas 
                            presenting access issues which are not in view of staff who operate in the main body 
                            of a premises or at the main service counter. Specialist Installation is required 
                            for this equipment although; this is a relatively simple process.    
                        
                        
                        
                            Configure’s access intercoms are easy to operate with a light to indicate the 
                            internal handset has been answered, a light to indicate the door release lock 
                            has been operated (where requested) and made with a vandal resistant stainless 
                            steel call point with tactile coloured front.
